Vattenfall is one of Europe's largest generator of electricity and the largest generator of heat. To continually improve customer service and therefore increase customer satisfaction, it was essential for the utility’s employees to have online access to current information about all the equipment. To reduce total cost of ownership, it was also essential to provide Vattenfall Europe’s information via the Web to public authorities, other utilities, planning agencies and civil and underground engineering companies. Vattenfall used Geo Web Publisher to achieve these goals.
