Hurricane Frances map was produced with Microstation and CADscript v10.
The background was created with a color graduated fill starting with a light blue from bottom to a dark blue on top. Raise and sink functions were used to order the map.
The path of the hurricane was displayed as transparent. The CADscript transparency tool was used.
