The data on the 2002 issues of the "Arkansas State Highway Map" is the culmination of years of information gathering. The main theme is the Arkansas State Highway System and it gives the public a map that shows the state-wide network of highways, scenic roads, plus incorporated points of interest to the general public. CADscript was used to enhance graphic presentation and produce raster files sent to the printer.

Features of CADscript used included FlexiText, fill, fill and outline, EPS placement of raster files, and table ordering. PDF files were produced through the CADscript print command and allowed easy resizing of the document to produce the 22" x 32" map. Quill was used for text editing purposes and to create large blocks of text, such as the map index, Governor's message and Commission message.
