Import 3D design models from AutoPLANT, PlantSpace, or Intergraph PDS (PDS interface requires the STRAIT software) into AutoPIPE to save time and to ensure that the pipe stress models and CAD models are identical. A bi-directional link with Bentley PlantFLOW pipe flow analysis software is included.
CAD interfaces import geometry, element type, weights of valves and flanges, support locations and direction, and pipe properties.
