The eWarehouse tag definition system is designed to facilitate the specification of tag-numbering schemes to be used during capital asset realization. The application provides a flexible interface for defining the numbering schemes that allow for the support of any project's requirements. Once defined in tag definition system, these numbering schemes are available for use in other eWarehouse applications, such as facility manager. Administrators can assign a tag numbering scheme to a facility. Doing so ensures that tagged items created in facility manager are validated against the tag numbering scheme, whether they are entered manually or through a bulk import.
