The P&IW team is pleased to announce the release of the Bentley Process and Instrumentation Workgroup 8.9.3 SP1.
This service pack is now available for download from the SELECT Services website for SELECT customers.
The P&IW 8.9.3 SP1 is a functionality enhancement and correctional update that includes the following:
- Multiplexer support for FOUNDATION fieldbus segment design.
- Enhancements to the PANEL-TERM document generation functionality to fetch token data from instrument to I/O point.
- Inclusion of LTN, RTN, TTN and BTN token formats for devices on loop templates.
- Fixes for problems with tag codes incorporating the apostrophe ‘ delimiter.
- Fixes for problems when editing tags of tag code N (changes duplicated).
- Fixes for problems with GUID generation relating to the Project Packager Handover actions.
- Fixes for problems relating to saving segment standards.
- Fixes for incorrect BASE view definitions in the 8.9.3.44 BASE project schema.
- Fixes for problems relating to Windows domain users and datasheet creation.
