Education is a highly valued commodity at Bentley. 58 percent of our colleagues hold at least a four-year college degree, and 25 percent have a Master’s degree. Although we are an educated group, we also understand the need for continuous and easily accessible learning resources for our colleagues, which are also made available to our users. We make every effort to provide the best training and development opportunities for all members of the Bentley community regardless of their location.
For our colleagues, we are committed to providing convenient, relevant, and consistent training courses on company products, acquired companies, emerging business initiatives, and performance updates. Our Internal Training team offers both live classroom training as well as online OnDemand learning through our Bentley Colleague LEARN Server.
For our users, we are committed to not only providing the most complete and integrated software, but to also pair our products with exceptional service and support. Through the Bentley Institute, many Bentley colleagues devote themselves to educating, training, and supporting our users as they become proficient with our software.
Tuition Reimbursement: In addition to internal training, Bentley also supports colleagues who wish to take courses at outside institutions through our tuition reimbursement program. When taking a course that relates directly to a colleague’s current position or his/her career development within Bentley, that colleague is eligible for up to a 100 percent reimbursement of tuition and book costs. The reimbursement amount is dependent on the grade received in the course. Since our industry is fast paced, dynamic, and complex, it is important for Bentley to foster this type of professional growth and development of our colleagues.
