What is the cost to attend The Be Together Conference?
Registration for The Be Together Conference is $1295 per person. The conference fee includes access to all keynotes, sessions, and the exhibit hall.

If attendees have not yet registered, we will provide the free registration attendee with a code to indicate this is a free registration. If attendees have already registered, please complete the Group Discount Request Form and submit either via e-mail or fax to the attention of Events at +1 610 458 1060. We will either refund the registration fee or change any balances due to zero.
My company is sending 5 people to the conference and we have already registered. How do I receive the “Buy 4, Get 1 Free” promotion?

No, this program is for 5 paying attendees. Registration fees must be of equal or lesser value, but not zero.
When should I arrive at The Be Together Conference?
Registration begins at 12 p.m. on Monday, May 23. The welcome address and keynotes will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 24.
What payment types are accepted for the registration fee?
Credit cards, wire transfers, and checks/money orders are accepted.
My organization would like to make other payment arrangements. Whom should we contact?

What meals are included in my registration package?
Breakfast and lunch for three days of the conference are included, as well as meals at all evening events.
Are registrations transferable?
No. Registrations are non-transferable.
What is the registration cancellation policy for the conference?
Cancellations may be made through your user account on the registration website, by sending an e-mail, or by calling the registration office. (Inside the United States, call the toll-free number: 1-800-949-0498.) Cancellations received before close of business on May 3, 2011 will receive a full refund of the conference registration fee. Cancellations received between May 4, 2011 and close of business May 11, 2011 will receive a 25 percent refund of the conference registration fee. Registration fees for cancellations received after 5:00 p.m. EDT on May 11, 2011 will not be refunded. No refunds will be distributed after 5:00 p.m. EDT on May 11, 2011, even if the registrant does not attend the conference.
What is the conference refund policy?
All refund requests/billing disputes must be submitted in writing to Bentley Systems, Incorporated with attached documentation through e-mail no later than June 15, 2011. Bentley will not consider any refund request/billing dispute received after June 15, 2011.
Will there be a European Be Together: The Bentley User Conference in 2011?
No, Be Together: The Bentley User Conference will only be in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The conference will offer content and presentations suitable to a global audience.
What is the dress code for The Be Together Conference?
The dress code is business casual.
Are my spouse and children allowed to attend The Be Together Conference?
All conference registrants and attendees must be 21 years of age or older. If your spouse and children meet this requirement, they may attend the evening events only. Please have them register for a guest pass. If they would like to attend any sessions or visit the Exhibit Hall, they will need to register for the conference.
Where should I park?
We recommend using this tool to locate nearby parking garages and applicable rates. The Philadelphia Convention Center address is 1101 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
The session I’d like to attend is at capacity. What do you suggest?
Keep that session on your schedule and wait for availability. (There are sometimes scheduling changes leading up to an event.) Or, schedule another session at the same time, so you have a reserved seat in a session. Then show up on site at the preferred, wait listed session. If there is an open seat once the session begins, you are more than welcome to take it.
