a real-time environment for dynamic, interactive collaboration.

As the instructor demonstrates software functionality, each action is replicated seamlessly on students’ remote computers, and students can share their computer screens for personal help from the instructor or for collaboration with other learners.

Real-Time Collaboration

Several tools support real-time collaboration among the instructor and students:

Participant information panel – Communicate with the instructor using emoticons, or ask a question by "raising your hand."

Direct messaging – Send private messages to other participants or to the instructor, or share a message with the entire group.

Whiteboard – Anyone in the class may type, draw, share images, and demonstrate applications and material with the class.

Breakout rooms – Meet privately with two or more participants or instructors, with all interface tools and features available for your meeting.

Audio – Listen and communicate through your computer via voice technology (VoIP) – hands-free, no telephone connection necessary.

Shared application frame – The instructor or students may seamlessly share their application or their entire desktop with the group.
